Every Jamboree needs an army of willing, enthusiastic volunteers to carry out a variety of jobs to ensure the 8000 young people have the most amazing week and EIJ is no different.
As a member of staff, you will be part of the experience of a lifetime for thousands of young people from around the world join together to have fun and adventure whilst learning about new cultures and the world around us, all thanks to the hundreds of staff that give up their time to help the event run.

Every member of staff is part of their own subcamp, Necker Retreat, a chance to make your own jamboree experience, meet other people, have a place to come to relax and have time to enjoy themselves.
